The first-launch wizard

On first launch, TOS guides you:

1. Trial or licence: start the 3 days free trial or paste your key.
2. Connect your playlists: M3U link or Xtream credentials (see Add your IPTV playlist).
3. Scan the QR code with your phone to use it as a remote and keyboard.
4. Enter your TMDB key for new releases and details (see Create your free TMDB key).
5. Choose the startup mode: TOS as the TV's home screen, or as a regular app.

Every step can be skipped and found again later in Settings.
