These terms govern the sale of licences for the TOS · TV on Steroids application (the “application”) on this website.
After 12 months, the application keeps working. Access to new features can be extended for 12-month periods at the price shown in your account (currently €7.99). Nothing renews automatically.
The application is a player. It does not provide any channels, programmes or IPTV subscription. Users are solely responsible for the playlists they add and must hold the necessary rights. Some features (new releases, ratings, details) require a free key from the third-party service TMDB, created by the user.
Prices are in euros, all taxes included. Payment is due immediately and processed by Stripe. An invoice is sent by email.
The licence key is sent by email and shown in your account as soon as payment is confirmed.
Under article L221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied on an intangible medium whose performance has begun with the consumer's express consent and waiver of the right of withdrawal. This consent is collected at checkout. A free 3 days trial lets you test the application before buying.
The seller provides the updates needed to keep the application in conformity. In case of a defect, contact support: we fix it within a reasonable time or, failing that, provide the refund required by law.
